If you close the progression menu, the pressing L1 will not open the neocom again, you'll have to press Start to do so. Small big, but a bit annoying still^^

I never had to restock IG as I always restock my suits (no matter the tier) by packs of 100 most of the time^^ When I reach ~20, I restock !

There are issues with Sony servers, I can't log in to the forums with my computer as I also get a 404 Error. Instant boosters are applied when you relog, did you do that?

I was in an assault ak.0 and I got 4.2M with boosters + EOM boosters. The suit you were using didnt matter, you just had to cap to receove the SP^^
